Method 1 Disable External Flash Version

- 1Open Command Prompt as administrator.
- If you're using Windows 8.1/ 8, press Windows Key + X and select "Command Prompt (Admin)".
- If you're using Windows 7/ Vista, click Start button. Type "CMD" in the Search Box. Right click that in to the Search Results and select "Run as administrator".
- 2Execute the following commands:
- CD C:\Windows\System32\
- Del C:\Windows\System32\BtwVdpCapFilter.dll
- EXIT
- 3Reboot your PC for the changes to take effects.
Method 3 Reregister Software Components
- 1Refer Step # 1 under "Repair Streaming Video Issue" section.
- 2Execute the following command. Replace VERSION with the appropriate browser version. For example: 39.0.2171.71
- Regsvr32 -u C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\VERSION\chrome.dll
- 3Exit Command Prompt.
- 4Use the ZombieSoftFix tool to successfully re-register the Flash Player components.
- 5Restart the computer to successfully perform the operation.
- 6Open Command Prompt as administrator again.
- 7Execute the following command. Replace VERSION with appropriate value.
- Regsvr32 C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\VERSION\chrome.dll
- 8Exit Command Prompt.

- 1Double click the Computer icon on your Desktop.
- 2Open the following folder:
- C:\Windows\System32\Shockwave\Flash
- 3Right click the file named MMS.CFG and select Open with | Notepad.
- 4Click the Edit menu, select Find.
- 5Search for the keyword "ProtectedMode". Type that in to the Find What textbox and click Find Next button.
- 6If the search query is highlighted, replace the old value with the new value:
- Old Value: ProtectedMode=1
- New Value: ProtectedMode=0
- 7If the search fails to find the keyword, add the following line at the end of the existing document:
- ProtectedMode=0
- 8Click File, select Save. Exit the Notepad.
