How to Find Out How Many Contributions You Have Made to wikiHow

Knowing how many edits you've made on wikiHow is really handy. You need to have a made a certain number to become an Administrator, or New Article Booster. Checking the number of edits you've made is as easy as pressing 'Save'!

Steps

    Visit your wikiHow User Page. To get there, click on the My Profile button at the top of the wikiHow website, just to the right of the wikiHow logo.

    Login to your wikiHow account.

    Look at the wikiHow User page for your account. You should now be on your User page. This is a handy place where you can tell other Users a little bit about yourself, or give other Users tips. The user page also lists the articles you have started as well as the edits you've made that other users have thumbed up. You may have even added more information about yourself even farther/still. Regardless of whether you've started this page, you can still check your number of contributions.

    Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Press the "End" button on the keyboard to get there faster. There should be a link that says "(User name) has made (number) contributions to wikiHow." That number is how many times you've pressed the 'Save' button on wikiHow. You can check out the list by clicking on the "contributions" link.

Tips

  • You can also get to your list of contributions by visiting the List of contributions for all users page and typing your username into the box, or by opening the My Pages tab on the right sidebar and clicking "My Contributions.
    • You can also visit the wikiHow log page and filter the list down to just your edits (assuming you don't patrol or do anything other than edit pages).
