    Know that you will need to give up a little 'monitor real estate' for this to be used, but not much. The image reflects a full wiki screen with two 'sticky notes' on the screen.

    Pick a corner of your screen to put the sticky note.

    Start adding things that you want to have available for pasting. Working in Recent Changes, or NAB, or a myriad of other things, not having to type the same old thing over and over is a bonus.

    Copy and paste the code whichever way is the most convenient for you.
    • One way that you can move the code is to highlight and drag it to where it needs to go. This should work in most programs.

Tips

  • Use different colors for different tasks.
  • In lieu of a sticky note program, there are some text editors that you can have 'stay on top'. Those would work too.
