How to Duplicate Slides in PowerPoint

If you need for a look to go over several, but not all, of the slides, you want to duplicate them (as opposed to using a master slide). Read here to learn how.

Steps

    Open up Microsoft PowerPoint.

    Open up your file for which you'd like to duplicate a slide to.

    Locate the slide you'd like to duplicate.

    Ensure that the Viewing area that includes 2 tabs-Outline View and Slide View is able to be seen.

    Make sure that the Slide View is the set view.

    Click "Insert" from the menu toolbar.

    Click "Duplicate Slide" from the drop-down list that is displayed. The duplicate slide will then be placed proceeding the initial slide you wanted duplicated.
