How to Draw a Pharaoh
Pharaoh is an ancient word that means “Great House.” But it's a word that mostly describes the rulers of ancient Egypt. To draw a pharaoh, you will need to master basic figure drawing. Once you've done that, all you have to do is adorn the figure with the appropriate accoutrements. Here's a quick way to do it.
Steps
- 1Start with two trapezoids and two ovals. The ovals should overlap at the top, but the trapezoids should touch.
- 2Draw four ovals, two on each side of the top trapezoid. These will become arms.
- 3Draw two rectangles at the bottom of the image. These will become legs.
- 4Add two triangles at the bottom of the image. Add another at the top (this will become hair). Finally, draw a long thin rectangle to the right of the image.
- 5Smooth out the image by connecting the shapes. Also draw a tusk shaped beard and add a nose.
- 6Draw the rest of details. This includes eyes, a scepter, and the pattern of his headdress/belt.
- 7Erase unnecessary guidelines.
- 8Color the image.
- 9Finished.
