How to detail your car, save money and buy car cleaning supplies on a low budget. Result is a smart, clean car in showroom condition, which takes no more than an hour to complete.

Steps

    Car cleaning materials needed:;- Bucket, car shampoo, wash leather (chamois), 2 sponges, 5 micro fibre cloths, Tyre wet look spray, Bumper shine spray, Demon shine spray for bodywork. Interior spray cleaner.

    Choose a fine day for detailing your car. Fill bucket with warm water, and add one cap full of car shampoo solution. Wash car thoroughly using a separate sponge for the alloy wheels and wheel arches.

    Dry off the car with the wash leather. Use a micro fibre cloth to dry off the windows, leaving them smear free.

    Apply Demon shine spray to small areas of the car bodywork at a time, and buff off with a dry cotton cloth, until spray has diminished leaving a clear shine. Do not spray Demon shine on the windows, which would cause a greasy stain and residue.

    Wipe inner door sections and boot area with dry cloth. Dry off alloy wheels and wheel arches with a damp sponge and buff with a dry cloth.

    Apply bumper spray to the bumpers and wing mirror arms. Buff off with a dry cloth. Apply wet look tyre spray to tyres, avoid getting any on the clean alloys.

    Work over entire car bodywork with dry clean cloth, to buff any smears.

    Vacuum the interior of car and use interior shine spray on dashboard.

    Demon shine keeps a good sheen on the car, even in dry, dusty and wet weather. Providing a thick polish shell protection to your car bodywork.

    After one hour, your car has been valeted inside and out, in your own time.
