How to Cure Sugar Cravings

To improve your health and lifestyle you must conquer your current sugar addiction. While it may sound difficult, ridding yourself of sugar cravings is actually fairly simple.

    Remove refined sugar from your diet. Avoid anything with sugar, brown sugar, fructose/sucrose/glucose, maltose, succinate, molasses, date/beet/grape/corn/cane sugar, corn syrup, carob/sorghum syrup, fruit juice concentrate, sorbitol, barley malt, caramel, maltodextrin, dextran, or dextrose.

    Remove artificial sweeteners as well. These include aspartame, saccharin, sucralose, or acesulfame.

    Use natural sugar alternatives if you can't live without sweetness. Try stevia, agave, xylitol, raw honey, or 100% maple syrup.
