How to Create Sub Pages on Piczo

Do you want your Piczo site to be easier to look around and more organized? Use sub pages! This means that when you click on a page, such as About Me, there are several More pages listed on that page, such as Information and Photos, for example.

  1. 1
Delete the box with all your pages in it. Don't be worried, it won't delete the actual pages, just the navigation box. To do this, click on the hand above your pages box and click delete. This only removes the links to your pages, the pages are still there in your organizer!
  2. 2
Open a text box and type in the name of the page. For example, if your first page was About Me, type that into the box. Choose an appropriate font and colour for the text.
  3. 3
Look into the bottom right hand corner and you should see a box which says 'Or, choose an album or page' and it says 'Choose One' in a drop down box. Find this box in your text box.
  4. 4
Click the down arrow beside 'Choose One' and select the name of the page you would like this text to navigate to, for example, About Me. Make sure you scroll through your pages and find the right one that matches what you have written in your ext box. The name of the page should appear in the box in the bottom right hand corner of the text box.
  5. 5
Click OK and you should have a text link to the page of your choice. The writing should have a line underneath it to indicate that it is a link. Click the link to make sure it goes to the right place. Repeat this process with all of your pages, until they are all links. Make sure you have made a link for every page that was in your page box before you deleted it.
  6. 6
Add a sub page from About Me, for example, called Information, first you have to create that page. Go onto Tools, Page and then type in the name of the page which you would like. Then, open a new text box and type in the name of the page, for example, Information. Then, select the page name Information in the box from Step 3. click okay, and you should have a link to your sub page!

  • When you create a new page to turn into a sub page, a blue link will appear on your home page as you don't have a page box anymore. Remember to delete this.
  • You can remove the line under the link and make it strike through when it is scrolled over by using HTML codes on your Piczo site.

  • Don't leave the blue link on your home page.
  • Don't worry about deleting all of your pages, it doesn't delete the actual pages, just the text linking to them.
