Use a small pinpoint paintbrush to simply paint over the stars, lights, etc on the cards with the glow paint. When people display their cards, the light in the room will charge the glow paint on the cards, and when the lights are turned out, the stars and lights on the card light up. Neat, eh?

Tips

  • You can even take the idea one step further by painting stars on your bedroom ceiling. When you go to bed and turn out the lights, the stars come out.
