http://www.editthis.info is a wiki-creating site that lets you create a wiki, be an admin of a wiki, and control users. This has the design of Wikipedia. It can sometimes mess up, but it's a good deal. It's free!

Steps

    Find the create a wiki box on the main page.

    Create a new account and password for your new wiki. Do this by clicking 'Log in'.

Tips

  • It can't be too long a name.
  • Your can access your wiki through WIKINAME.editthis.info or editthis.info/WIKINAME, both are the same
  • Contact the site admins if you want to point a domain name at your wiki

Warnings

  • Don't vandalize the Wikis. You can be booted off by admins because they have a control panel that blocks IP addresses.
  • File uploads may be disabled, so to use an image in your articles, you must directly link to them from another site, as shown here.
