How to Create a Group in Address Book for Mac
Having it easier to find contacts is great. Follow these simple steps to create a group in address book.
Steps
- 1Launch Address Book.

- 3Type in a name for your group. After press Enter.
- 4Click All Contacts in the Group column to show all of your contacts.
- 5Click the contacts you want in the group in the name column.
- 6Drag the selected names onto the group you just made. You are finished.
Tips
- To add multiple contacts hold down the shift key.
- Make sure your group name is descriptive enough.
