How to Change the Batteries of an Xbox Controller

It's simple, it's fun and means you don't have to buy a "plug 'n' play" pack.

Steps

    Locate the battery pack. It's on the back and sticks out.

    Remove the battery pack from the controller. Push down the small button and pull back.

    Remove the batteries by pulling them out or doing flicks of the wrist to make them slide out.

    Get new fresh AA batteries and put them in the pack, making sure that the positive ( + ) and negative ( - ) symbols match up with the sticker on the pack.

    Insert the backing into the case.
