How to Become Mentally and Spiritually Emancipated

Emancipation is possible for anyone. The physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of ourselves bond together to create stability. This article will focus on emancipating the mind, the springboard of action.

    Breathe deeply over and over to reach relaxation. Free your mind from the bonds of the body, nervousness, anxiety, and feelings of being tied down. You are not shackled; you are not a rock.
