For whatever reason you don't wish to use oil when baking vegetables, there are other options that will keep the vegetables moist and in good shape for eating. This article presents various methods for baking vegetables without oil.

Method 1
Using flour

    Dust a baking tray with a bit of flour.

    Place the vegetables onto the flour-dusted baking tray.

    Bake as required for the recipe or vegetable type. After baking, the flour will have ensured that the vegetables don't stick to the baking tray.

Method 2
Using a cooling rack instead of a tray
