Watch for hair in the wrong place or one shoe showing and not the other one. 3 people with the hands crossed and one with their hands to the side. An open zipper is a bad thing! Don't let a photo get taken of it!

- 5Try to make the people feel comfortable. Let them know what is going on. Who is next and so on. Let the photographer know if anybody is getting tired and grumpy so they can adjust the schedule.
- 6Smile at the children! They are already afraid of you since you are a stranger. Use a smaller digital camera to show the kids their own photos. They seem to smile more when they know what you are doing.
- 7Don't forget your job is to help the photographer get good photos. If you see Grandma holding her granddaughter for the first time, point it out to the photographer! Those shots are prize photos waiting to be taken!
