How to Add an Account when Setting up a VPN

This article explains the process of adding a username when setting up a VPN.

Steps

    On the User Management or similar option available on screen.

    Click "Users" and click "Add" to add a user.

    Enter a username and name.

    Enter the same password in the confirm password screen.

Warnings

  • When logging on, the username and password must be saved exactly as you saved them. "John Smith" is different from "john smith".
