How to Add Accounts in Visual Budget
Visual Budget is made by KiWi Objects. This app allows you to analyze your personal and business accounts to watch their progress. Read this article to learn how to add an account to it.
Steps
- 1From your initial screen, press the Accounts icon. This will bring you to the Accounts screen.
- 2Look at your Accounts screen. What you will see is the basic one that Visual Budget has for you to see what the app can do.
- 3Press the + sign in the upper right hand corner. This will give you the option to add an Account or an Account Group. To start, press Account Group.
- 4Type in the information that you need. Here, the account group being created is for credit cards. Select the type of money unit that you will need.
- 5Press the check mark.
- 6Press the + sign again and this time Add Account.
- 7Select the group that you want for this account. Press the Sample Group in the upper right hand corner of the screen and the list of categories will come up. Select the correct one.
- 8Click the + sign again and this time press Account.
- 9Type in the account information. You want it to be identifiable for when you look at it later.
- 10Under Budget/Expenses, enter in the monthly amount that you must pay them.
- 11Press the check mark.
- 12Look at your account screen. You will now see the new account group and account there.
